A mental health care provider is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide effective care in a supportive environment. This remote position allows for full-time or part-time work, with responsibilities including assessing mental health conditions and creating treatment plans. Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement treatment plans.
• Provide excellent client care and collaborate with the team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation.
• Maintain at least 32 hours for patient care per week (Full-Time).
• Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical meetings.
