Job summary

Adelphi Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our fully remote team serving clients in Las Vegas, Nevada. This full-time role focuses on delivering compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and couples.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining compliant EMR records and staying current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LCPC licensure in Nevada.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency with EMR software and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions for individuals, groups, families, and couples using CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and solution-focused approaches.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychologists and healthcare professionals to improve client outcomes.
• Participate in professional development through workshops and training.
