Job summary

Intersect is seeking a full-time land acquisitions professional to manage the development process from strategy to construction. The candidate will work remotely but must reside within 60 miles of a hub location. Responsibilities include overseeing procurement, negotiating agreements, and using internal tools.

This role requires a degree in real-estate management or related field, along with at least one year of relevant experience and strong communication skills. Extensive benefits are provided, including premium health coverage and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of real-estate experience in the energy industry.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all stages of land acquisition from site due diligence to securing agreements.
• Negotiate complex land and site acquisition agreements.
• Prepare and update land-acquisition budgets and executive-level materials.
