Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the U.S.
• Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Zoom, MS Office, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Ability to work according to participants' schedules in different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly interventions with participants via chat in Simplified Korean or English.
• Maintain a research diary, manage participant payments and Fitbit distribution communications, coordinate with PI, Coordinator, and peer interventionists.
• Engage in recruitment activities to support the study.
