Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Korean
• Minimum 2 years of interpretation experience
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
• Ability to explain cultural concepts per client request or permission

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally according to interpreter’s code of conduct
• Be familiar with healthcare and medical terminology
• Participate in internal professional training
• Communicate and report to your team leader
