Daybreak Health in North Carolina is seeking a licensed associate therapist (LMHCA or LCSWA) for a part-time remote teletherapy role serving K–12 students across the state. You will benefit from free supervision, a guaranteed pay model for cancellations, and a real W2 employment setup with benefits.

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy sessions, collaborate with school counselors and families, and participate in weekly supervision and program development.

Qualifications

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina (required — we are not able to hire other license types at this time)
• Post-graduate clinical hours toward full licensure (required — logging supervised hours is essential)
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina
• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and contribute to clinical program development
• Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide to support student outcomes
