Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national trainer team for remote-friendly, independent contractor work. You’ll deliver ready-to-use professional development to teachers across districts and settings, drawing on decades of classroom experience.

Trainers receive complete materials, certification, and a supportive community, with pay per event and flexibility to fit around existing roles or retirement.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teachers, instructional coaches, administrators, principals, professors, counselors, or education consultants.
• Experience presenting, training, coaching, or leading adult learners in professional development.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Willing to work flexible hours around current positions, family, or retirement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that resonates with teachers.
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using long-tested strategies.
• Share real-world classroom experience to support public, private, and charter schools nationwide.
