Qualifications

• Master's in Occupational Therapy required.
• NBCOT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students per IEP goals.
• Conduct screenings and formal/informal evaluations.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and IEPs.
• Attend IEP meetings and coordinate with teachers and parents.
• Maintain records in EMS and other software; ensure compliance with Medicaid guidelines.
