Job summary

Quadcode is seeking a Junior Cybersecurity Specialist to join the Security Team. You will work within a cross-functional group, focusing on securing corporate infrastructure, implementing security measures, and assisting incident response in a collaborative Agile environment.

You'll engage with admins, NOC, IT, and business users; gain exposure to cloud and hybrid infrastructure, and use tools like Splunk, AWS, Terraform, and Python to strengthen security postures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant infrastructure security experience.
• Experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS OS hardening.
• Knowledge of network protection and device hardening.
• Automation skills: Bash, Python.
• Understand cyberattack methods.
• Team player with strong communication (Russian C1, English B1).
• Analytical problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process security requests and notifications (access management, security tool notifications, vulnerability assessments).
• Identify and mitigate security issues, misconfigurations, and vulnerabilities related to corporate infrastructure.
• Develop, implement and update security measures for protection of corporate infrastructure.
• Support identity and access management processes.
• Create a knowledge base for operations of products and services.
• Assist security analytics with incident response.
• Collaborate with Ops and Infrastructure on asset security.
