Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Junior Commercial Attorney to support the in-house legal team and business clients, delivering deal support and improving contracting processes.

You will work independently on matters while collaborating with Elevate colleagues and the customer's in-house team to drive efficiency and accuracy in contracts.

The role emphasizes NDA review, template development, and building robust contracting playbooks and tools to scale customer services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal practice providing high-volume transactional support for business customers.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including NDAs.
• Experience in customer support engagements.

Responsibilities

• Review NDA contracts and negotiate alternatives from templates and tools you will help create.
• Facilitate escalation and resolution of contract issues.
• Update or draft templates, negotiation playbooks, and contract infrastructure tools.
• Capture information related to contracts or matters you support.
• Participate in customer projects to improve contracting efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Create reports and presentations for customers and internal colleagues.
• Join task forces to improve Elevate's services and team growth.
