Qualifications

• Degree or coursework in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Experience with financial transactions, reconciliations, invoices, and accounting records.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software.
• Understanding of general ledger and month-end closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Record and process daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare, review, and process invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.
• Review transactions for accuracy and proper classification.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets as required.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, payments, and account balances.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Assist with journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
• Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with audits by gathering and organizing documentation.
• Ensure accounting activities follow policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
