Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze moving, opposing, and reply papers and prepare detailed memoranda and proposed rulings.
• Conduct in-depth study of legal issues via legal research and writing.
• Prepare orders and tentative rulings; attend hearings when requested.
