Job summary

A leading engineering firm in the U.S. is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to support structured cabling projects in sensitive environments. This role focuses on pulling, routing, and testing copper and fiber optic cables while maintaining installation practices. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of electrical experience, preferably with structured cabling. The position is remote with travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of electrical experience; structured cabling experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in sensitive or controlled areas such as SCIFs or defense projects.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Pull, route, and secure network cabling in sensitive environments.
• Terminate copper cabling at patch panels and outlets.
• Perform continuity and certification tests on installed cables.
