Goal seeks a Senior Digital Media Planner to lead Roundel accounts, shaping integrated media plans across digital channels for top strategic business. You will act as the primary client contact, delivering annual and program-level strategies.

Collaborating with Reporting & Insights, Analytics, Sales, and Ad Ops, you will craft compelling proposals, present recommendations, and stay ahead of industry trends to maximize client value. Remote or Hybrid role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 6–10 years of digital media planning, advertising, and marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and media planning systems.
• Proficiency with Operative One, DCM, DFP or similar ad‑serving platforms.

Employment Type

Remote or Hybrid. Remote roles allow members to work from a domestic or alternate location and travel to headquarters up to four times a year. Hybrid roles involve a mix of virtual and onsite work at a Target location.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $87,900 – $158,200 USD.
