Job summary

Sigli is seeking a skilled backend developer to join its international team on a 9-month remote project across Europe and the UK. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java microservices with Spring Boot, build REST APIs, optimize PostgreSQL data structures for BI reporting, and integrate Microsoft Graph APIs.

You’ll leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, write integration tests with TestContainers, and collaborate with product, QA and DevOps to deploy

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Java & microservices.
• Proficient with Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases; REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain REST APIs for internal and external consumers, including dashboards and reporting.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL data structures for large datasets and BI needs.
• Integrate with third-party APIs (Microsoft Partner Center / Graph).
• Write and maintain integration tests using TestContainers; manage builds with Maven/Gradle and Docker Compose.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of cloud-based solutions.
