Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Java Application Architect to architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems. This role emphasizes end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to production deployment, with deep Java/Spring expertise and modern front-end interactions using React.

The candidate will work in a remote, U.S.-focused environment, collaborating with product managers, architects, and DevOps to deliver secure and scalable solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of professional software development experience building production-grade enterprise applications.
• Advanced working knowledge of Java (11/17), Spring Boot, and RESTful API design.
• Experience designing and operating microservices architectures and inter-service communication.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems at scale.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and production-quality code.
• Deploy cloud-native services and support them through their full operational lifespan.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps, and developers in an Agile environment to deliver secure, high-performance applications.
