Job summary

AIS Healthcare in the Chicago, IL area is seeking a Home Infusion RN to provide IVIG therapies in patients' homes, offering a flexible PRN role.

You will perform one-on-one home infusion nursing visits, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians and pharmacists to ensure optimal care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with IL license and ability to license in other states
• Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus
• CPR certification current
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (liability limits etc)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes
• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education per physician's plan
• Interact with patient, physician, pharmacist and partners with strong communication
• Travel up to 150–200 miles one way; travel time is paid; mileage reimbursed
• Receive ongoing training on infusion technology and clinical requirements
• Support care coordination and patient engagement as part of the treatment process
