Aqua Resolve is seeking a Remote Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support safe, high-quality IV hydration care for clients in their homes. This role involves telehealth-style support, chart review, and clinical oversight to ensure infusions are delivered safely and per protocol.

The ideal candidate has Virginia LPN licensure, at least 2 years in home health/infusion, and comfort with EMR systems and remote communication tools.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse with Virginia LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years in home health, infusion, or related setting.
• Skilled in starting and managing peripheral IVs and monitoring infusions.
• Familiar with EMR, telehealth tools, and electronic documentation.

Responsabilités

• IV Hydration Clinical Support: Review intake forms, histories, and labs to determine eligibility; conduct pre-session remote check-ins; provide real-time remote support during infusions.
• Patient & Family Education: Educate on expectations, guidelines, hydration goals, and potential side effects; reinforce safety instructions.
• Documentation & Compliance: Complete and review electronic documentation; ensure protocols and workflows are followed and documentation meets standards.
• Collaborative, Patient-Focused Care: Coordinate with RNs/NPs/physicians and with office staff to ensure seamless client experience.
