Job summary

Triptasticadventures is seeking a remote Travel Concierge to assist clients with coordinating reservations for accommodations, activities, transportation, and events. This role rewards meticulous, client-focused work and thrives in a self-directed environment.

You will research options, confirm details, and communicate clearly by email and phone while enjoying a fully remote role with a flexible schedule and a collaborative team. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or Latin America.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and smartphone (computer also highly recommended).
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with making personalized service arrangements
• Research and compare available options to meet client preferences
• Confirm reservations and ensure accuracy of details
• Provide clear, professional communication via email and phone
• Support updates, modifications, and service‑related inquiries
• Complete required training and participate in ongoing training
