Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• 2+ years experience in item master management, data analysis, ERP or supply chain systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and enterprise reporting tools.
• Full-time commitment: 40 hours/week with core PST hours; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain item master governance and standardization within Workday.
• Assign and maintain spend categories and purchase item groups for accurate finance posting.
• Configure and maintain charging vs. charting rules to ensure correct revenue and clinical documentation.
• Maintain packaging structures and units of measure to align with inventory, pricing, and reporting.
• Support data integration readiness and issue resolution across IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Document item setup decisions and resolutions for audit readiness and continuous improvement.
