Alignerr is seeking a Professional Voice Actor for Italian (AI Training). The role is a fully remote, hourly contract where you will record expressive Italian audio and evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness and pronunciation.

You’ll provide actionable feedback and work asynchronously on a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in voice acting and a strong command of Italian, with access to a quiet recording environment.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural, idiomatic speech.
• Experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance audio work.

Responsibilities

• Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a microphone, following provided scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity.
• Deliver detailed, actionable feedback to improve the quality of synthesized voice outputs.
• Review scripts and recommend adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
