Job summary

CorServ is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain a secure, reliable technology stack. You will help with day-to-day admin, monitor systems, manage laptops, control access, and support onboarding/offboarding while collaborating with senior IT staff.

This role covers security, backups, automation, and incident response, with opportunities to contribute to system upgrades, disaster recovery tests, and compliance activities such as SOC 2 and PCI DSS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
• PCI compliance experience preferred.
• Ability to work within CorServ’s footprint (GA, AL, FL, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure laptops for new employees.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, including account creation and access changes.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, groups, and application access (Microsoft 365 and others).
• Troubleshoot Windows, VPN, authentication, connectivity, software, and hardware issues.
• Maintain laptop inventory, equipment assignments, warranties, replacements, and lifecycle records.
• Provide first line support to employees for laptops, monitors, peripherals, connectivity, and applications.
