We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver hands-on technical support for our East Coast-based employees with a focus on remote coverage, identity management, and endpoint tasks. The role emphasizes documentation, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with Security and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support, help desk, or IT operations experience.
• Experience supporting both in-office and remote/distributed employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support including hardware setup and conference room/AV equipment.
• Resolve help desk tickets for hardware, software, and access requests.
• Support onboarding/offboarding logistics and equipment provisioning.
• Administer identity/access tasks (password resets, MFA) and escalate as needed.
• Support endpoint management activities (imaging, patching, asset tracking).
• Maintain accurate records of tickets, assets, and resolutions.
• Follow runbooks and update knowledge base; escalate unresolved issues with context.
• Collaborate with Security and IT Engineering on device compliance and access controls.
