Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an IT Security Administrator for a remote, nationwide role. You will serve as a core liaison between Security, Infrastructure, and Audit teams, collecting and presenting evidence of controls and configurations to support audits.

You will work with Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, and Compliance to maintain security architecture knowledge, drive remediation, and help align with HIPAA, SOC, NIST, CIS controls and other standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems.
• 3+ years in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Operations, or Security Operations.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking concepts.
• Experience supporting technical audits or regulatory reviews.
• Knowledge of identity and access management concepts and privileged account management.
• Understanding of vulnerability management processes and security control validation.
• Experience gathering and organizing technical evidence for audits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for internal and external audits and customer security reviews.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and organization of technical evidence for security and compliance.
• Document control implementations and operational procedures to support compliance initiatives.
• Track audit requests and ensure timely delivery of evidence and remediation documentation.
• Review system configurations for consistency with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop reports and dashboards on compliance status and remediation efforts.
• Support risk assessments and security control reviews.
