• Minimum 2 years of project management experience with cross-functional teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven ability to manage risks and control scope, budget, and schedule.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium and large-scale IT projects, leveraging the Salesforce platform to deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and designers to define scope and estimate budgets.
• Plan projects from initiation to launch using Agile methodologies and scrum rituals.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with resource management.
• Control, monitor, and report on scope, budget, and schedule with quality adherence.
• Proactively communicate status and mitigate risks with stakeholders.
