You will lead a team of engineers, architects, and data specialists to accelerate AI, ML, and software delivery with strong DevSecOps practices. The role requires hands-on experience in Java/Python, cloud architectures, and data science tooling, plus the ability to align platform investments with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or CS.
• 5+ years in platform engineering with leadership responsibilities.
• Java/Python development, DevSecOps and CI/CD experience.
• GCP is primary; Azure knowledge for hybrid workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform engineers, architects and specialists.
• Define and execute platform, cloud and data science roadmaps.
• Design scalable, secure platform capabilities across GCP and hybrid.
• Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation and reliability standards.
• Manage budgets, vendors and team capacity for critical initiatives.
• Mentor staff and foster high performance across teams.
