Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Information Technology Internal Audit Senior Consultant (Temporary) to join our Consulting Financial Services practice. You will lead IT general controls/IT audit engagements and help embed risk in client decision-making while working primarily remotely.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT audit within financial services, COSO/COBIT awareness, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 25% may be required inbound to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CIS, or MIS preferred.
• 3+ years in financial institutions, Big 4, or regulatory supervision.
• 3+ years IT audit, corporate IT audit, or tech risk consulting.
• COSO and COBIT knowledge with audit methodologies.
• Experience with IT general and application controls testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk management, internal audit and control services to banking clients.
• Plan and execute engagements, including test of design and test of operational effectiveness workpapers.
• Conduct fieldwork and prepare workpapers supporting conclusions, discuss findings with management.
• Advise clients on improving internal controls and transforming internal audit approaches.
• Provide additional value-added recommendations to clients and the firm.
