Responsibilities include administering Azure Virtual Desktop, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and coordinating with the Service Delivery Team for enterprise IT services. Remote or location-flexible, with strong emphasis on collaboration and reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of relevant IT experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bicep, batch files).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and secure cloud and server infrastructure for reliability and performance.
• Provide Office 365 administration across Exchange, Teams, Teams Phones, and OneDrive.
• Support security, disaster recovery, and on-call rotations for critical systems.
• Assist with migrations, upgrades, and cloud integrations.
