Job summary

JRAD is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for an immediate-fill role supporting the Transportation Security Administration. This is a full-time remote position, but candidates must live within commuting distance of Reagan National Airport (DCA) and TSIF.

The ISSO will provide cybersecurity SME support, develop security requirements, and coordinate with TSA managers. A Bachelor's degree with 10 years of cyber security experience, CISSP, Security+, and NIST 800-53 knowledge are

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related science or technology field with 10 years of cyber security experience.
CISSP is required; CISSP preferred.
Security+ and NIST 800-53 knowledge.
FISMA Compliance experience.
Strong oral and written communication with TSA managers.
RMF experience and obtaining ATOs for varying systems.
CCB reviews and technical documentation experience.

Responsibilities

Provide cybersecurity SME support for TSA Checkpoint Technologies ATO processes.
Develop technical requirements and strategies for Checkpoint related equipment.
Prepare input for RFIs, SOWs, SOOs, PWSs and IGCEs related to acquisitions.
Review deliverables and participate in TSA CCB and TSE meetings.
Document minutes and support security reviews and audits.
