Job summary

DQS Inc. is seeking Contract Lead Auditors to perform ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and related standards audits across the United States. This is a 1099 contract role requiring extensive travel and the ability to audit at client locations, often remotely from home when not traveling.

The ideal candidate has IRCA-approved or Exemplar Global training, a 4-year degree, and 5+ years in manufacturing. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• IRCA-approved or Exemplar Global certified 40-hour ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training course, or 36-hour course with exam; or equivalent training for other standards
• 4-Year College Degree
• 5+ years of Industry Experience in manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Visit client locations and perform audits as specified.
• Work in a virtual, home-based environment when applicable.
• Collaborate with scheduler and coordinate audit logistics.
• Assess customer needs and ensure quality standards during audits.
