Job summary

AgroSource Group is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support irrigation product inquiries and logistics entirely from home. You will resolve issues, guide customers through our ordering platform, and log recurring problems to help improve the product.

This role requires solid written and verbal English, 2+ years in remote support, and strong technical troubleshooting within agritech environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in remote customer support roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills or background in hardware/agritech.
• Quiet workspace with high-speed internet and reliable computer hardware.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume ticketing queues independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot technical issues regarding irrigation equipment and specifications.
• Manage and update customer tickets within our helpdesk platform.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to track and resolve order delays.
• Guide farmers through our digital ordering platform and catalog.
• Document recurring customer issues to help improve our product.
