Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Pest Control and IPM practices.
• Effective communication for interacting with clients, documenting services, and collaborating with remote team members.
• Experience or familiarity with Lawn Care and related outdoor treatment practices is beneficial.
• Current Certified Applicator license or equivalent pest control certification in relevant state(s), or eligibility to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
• Understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements related to pesticide application and sanitation services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage schedules, and maintain accurate digital records.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits, as needed.
• Previous experience in commercial or residential pest control, sanitation, or facilities services is a plus.
