Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize workflow and manage time in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys and paralegals with patent and trademark matters.
  • Docketing, electronic filing, portfolio management, and maintenance of patent applications.
  • Coordinate international filings and manage deadlines and renewals.
  • Perform document management tasks and data entry in matter management systems.
  • Maintain familiarity with IP concepts and adapt to new AI tools.
  • Meet annual targeted billable hours and perform other duties as assigned.
