Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to practice before the USPTO.
• 3–5 years of Intellectual Property Law experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering, physics, or computer science).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications.
• Create claim charts to demonstrate infringement and validity.
• Conduct IP-related due diligence.
• Manage a large docket of domestic and foreign patent prosecution.
• Develop portfolio strategies and communicate with clients.
