Job summary

Nexus seeks an experienced iOS Developer for a 6-month contract. Remote from India, you will own iOS features end-to-end, implement UI with SwiftUI/UIKit, integrate REST/GraphQL, and manage App Store submissions. Expect collaboration across backend, Android, design, and QA in an Agile setup.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of iOS experience, live apps, TestFlight deployments, and strong Swift/architecture knowledge. This contract spans six months, with remote work from India.

Qualifications

• 6+ years iOS development with at least one App Store live app.
• Experience deploying via TestFlight and App Store submission.
• RESTful API integration using URLSession or Alamofire with JSON via Codable.
• Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit.
• Knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, or TCA.
• Experience with Swift Concurrency, Combine, Core Data/SwiftData.
• Familiarity with Human Interface Guidelines and accessibility.
• Xcode, SwiftPM, and Git on Azure DevOps Repos.

Responsibilities

• Own iOS features end to end from design handoff through release.
• Design, build, and maintain native iOS apps in Swift using SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Translate Figma designs into accessible, pixel-accurate interfaces.
• Connect app to backend: REST/GraphQL, auth, caching, offline states.
• Collaborate with backend/QA in an Agile environment.
• Write unit and UI tests with XCTest.
• Manage builds, provisioning, and App Store submission.
• Monitor performance post-launch with analytics tools.
