Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in venture capital, investment banking, startup ops/strategy, consulting or founder roles
- Exceptional written English with ability to adapt tone for LPs, founders and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical foundation: financial modeling, market sizing, and due diligence
- Proficiency with term sheets, cap tables, and diligence processes
- AI fluency with Claude and ChatGPT for research and drafting
Responsibilities
- Support active fundraising workstreams from materials through follow-up
- Draft LP updates and outreach communications
- Maintain LP pipeline tracking and meeting records
- Contribute to market maps, diligence, and investment memos
- Assist with deal execution and diligence coordination
- Turn meetings into clear, useful written recaps
