Job summary

City National Bank is seeking an Investment Consultant for a remote-based role in Colorado to expand and deepen the network of Independent Financial Advisors, CPAs and attorneys referring clients to Rochdale's investment services.

You will develop partnering relationships with advisors and firms to deliver high-quality investment management to high-net-worth clients, with performance tied to new assets under management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of financial experience, preferably in Investment Management.
• 2+ years delivering formal client presentations.
• Ability to travel 40-50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 65, or the ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to increase referrals from advisors, CPAs and law firms.
• Ensure advisors are updated on firm and industry developments.
• Facilitate smooth transition from sales to portfolio management.
• Coordinate new accounts and transfers.
• Communicate with advisors and clients regularly.
• Prepare client presentations.
• Conduct meetings and presentations in assigned territory.
• Generate new assets through a consultative sales approach.
