Airgas is seeking an Inventory Technician to manage cylinder gas inventory at Medical Center sites, travelling to Dallas-area locations and ensuring accurate documentation and timely replenishment. You will place orders, track usage, and maintain safety standards across facilities.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, reporting, and collaboration with hospital partners, with a route that supports dependable product supply and compliance with SAFECOR and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or Associate's degree plus equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service orientation to act as a single source for customer requirements.
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
• Thorough understanding of cylinder gases and safe handling methods.

Responsabilités

• Travel to Medical Center sites in the Dallas area to support inventory and customer relationships.
• Establish and support optimal cylinder gas inventory levels with customers.
• Place and process orders through AirGas/SAP system.
• Document cylinder gas inventory usage using Google Forms or Sheets.
• Perform rounds to maintain target inventory levels across facilities.
• Safely change out gas/liquid cylinder manifolds at service sites.
• Monitor deliveries and verify documentation; ensure proper cylinder separation.
• Provide inventory usage reports to hospital partners and assist with billing.
