Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of system administration experience.
• 3–5+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management with 2+ years in Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Hands-on ABM integration with Intune, VPP app management, and FileVault; JAMF knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-platform device lifecycle including zero-touch onboarding (Windows Autopilot, ADE via ABM, and iOS enrollment).
• Configure macOS configuration profiles, MDM payloads, and Bash scripts for custom settings.
• Define Windows baseline policies, templates, and PowerShell/Remediation scripts.
• Package, test, and deploy Win32 apps, macOS PKG/DMG, and iOS apps across platforms.
