Job summary

Imagine Learning is hiring an Intervention Specialist to provide targeted, intensive support to students in a live online tutoring environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with Synchronous Educational Services teams to implement best instructional practices for diverse learners.

The position is regular part-time, 12–29 hours per week, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $20.50 per hour, with potential bonuses based on performance and location.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of teaching or academic intervention experience.
Active teaching certification/license is required.
Ability to deliver dynamic and engaging instruction on an online video-based tutoring platform.
Experience supporting students and educators in a blended, virtual, or online learning environment preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours including day shift part-time positions with at least 18 hours/week.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver intensive live interventions to small groups in an online tutoring platform.
Collaborate across internal and external teams to determine targeted support.
Communicate support, rationale and feedback to stakeholders.
Use data to drive decisions on strategies and growth paths for students.
Coordinate student transitions with stakeholders.
