Job summary

JerseySTEM is looking for a pro-bono volunteer copywriter to create clear and concise copy for various media including ads, publications, and websites. The position requires at least 2 years of copywriting experience and a commitment of 5 hours per week for a minimum of 6-12 months.

Responsibilities include attending weekly meetings, writing and editing copy, and collaborating with the HR and Webadmin teams. This is a remote position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a copywriter.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meeting Fridays 11am-12pm EST.
• Write copy for a variety of media including social, print, video, and online.
• Edit and proofread copy as needed.
