Job summary

CGI is seeking an Interface Developer (Pentaho & Enterprise Integrations) to join our ERP Implementation and Systems Integration team. Remote candidates in the United States may apply; must align with PST hours.

You will design and deliver scalable integration solutions, enabling secure data exchange between ERP platforms and critical business applications. You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and client stakeholders to implement ETL processes, RESTful APIs, and batch or real-time

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise system integrations.
• Minimum 3 years of hands on experience with Pentaho integration and ETL development.
• Strong experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise system interfaces using Pentaho and related integration technologies.
• Develop, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and other integration components that enable secure and reliable data exchange between enterprise applications.
• Build and support batch, real time, and event driven integrations across ERP platforms, cloud services, and third party applications.
• Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, validate, and load data across multiple source and target systems.
• Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, business analysts, and client stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop effective technical integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve interface, API, and data integration issues while optimizing performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and recovery processes to ensure stable production operations.
• Develop and maintain interface specifications, technical documentation, deployment procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Participate in integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Ensure all integration solutions comply with established security, development and data governance standards.
• Contribute to Agile delivery teams by participating in sprint planning, design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor production interfaces, proactively identify issues, and provide ongoing operational support.
