The candidate should have 5+ years as an IP attorney or patent agent, possess JD with bar admission (or international equivalent), and be fluent with IP tooling such as PatSnap, Innography, USPTO PatFT, and portfolio management systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an IP attorney or patent agent at a top IP firm or corporate IP dept.
• Direct ownership of patent prosecution portfolios, licensing negotiations, or IP litigation matters.
• Fluency in IP tooling and understanding USPTO/EPO procedures and international treaty systems.

Responsabilités

• Construct IP scenarios spanning patent prosecution, portfolio strategy, trademark, copyright disputes, and licensing or tech transfer.
• Build tasks across patent prosecution, IP litigation and enforcement, trademark and copyright practice, licensing and tech transfer, and freedom-to-operate analysis.
• Apply IP methodologies to US and International standards, producing reference patent applications, office action responses, licensing agreements, and litigation memoranda.
• Author rubrics that distinguish authentic IP judgment from generic exam-level recall.
