Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking an Integrated Eligibility (IE) QA Tester to join a top client on a remote opportunity. The role focuses on testing complex enterprise applications used in state government systems, delivering quality and reliability across ongoing enhancements.

You will develop test plans and scripts, create and manage test data, and document defects while collaborating with functional and development teams to resolve issues and validate fixes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems.
• Experience testing complex enterprise applications and validating defects.
• Experience developing and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Experience creating and managing test data for functional validation.
• Understanding of SDLC and QA/testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for Maine's Eligibility and Enrollment systems.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Create and maintain test data needed to validate application functionality.
• Identify, document, track, and triage defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with functional and development teams to analyze requirements and support defect resolution.
