Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed therapist for a remote role with on-site meetings in Springfield, IL. You will deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, PST, MI) to patients age 12+, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust treatment plans.

The position includes a production bonus and full benefits. Qualifications include IL licensure (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT), strong communication, and experience in integrated or primary care settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with IL license and evidence-based interventions.
• Experience in primary care or integrated care settings preferred.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans addressing behavioral and physical health.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based interventions across ages 12+ including CBT, PST, MI.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to plan and coordinate care.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and communicate findings clearly.
• Document care in EHR with accuracy and timeliness.
