Graham Healthcare Group is seeking an Insurance Verification & Authorization Coordinator to ensure accurate benefit information and authorizations before care starts across service lines. Work with multiple departments and the HomeCare Homebase EMR to verify funding sources and manage approvals.

Ideal candidates will have experience in home health billing or verification, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Competenze

• Associate degree or combination of experience and business courses preferred.
• Minimum of one year in insurance verification, authorization, or medical billing.
• Proficiency with Medicare, Medicaid and third-party insurance requirements.
• Knowledge of payer portals and insurance websites.
• Familiarity with HomeCare Homebase preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and patient, cooperative attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Mansioni

• Obtain benefit information from payer portals, phone, or fax for all accepted lines.
• Document accurate patient data (name, DOB, policy) in the EMR.
• Verify and update authorization and funding source information daily.
• Monitor authorization workflows and re-verification at recertification.
• Support scheduling with funding-related constraints and coordinate with clinical staff.
