Cindera Inc. is seeking an advisory partner to shape carrier strategy, underwriting integration, and how verified hardening translates into insurability outcomes. You will leverage deep knowledge of how insurers think about risk, program design, and adoption to inform scalable solutions.

Remote, part-time advisory support with a few hours per month. Compensation will be discussed based on scope and experience, with flexibility around key strategy and carrier discussions.

Formación

• Experience in insurance, preferably with carriers, underwriting, product, distribution, or strategic partnerships.
• Familiarity with property risk, wildfire exposure, mitigation programs, or related catastrophe-risk workflows.
• Comfort working with early-stage teams to refine messaging, product direction, and go-to-market strategy.
• Ability to translate insurance requirements into practical, implementable guidance.
