Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking an Internal Insurance Strategist (IS) to discuss client and advisor needs and sell life insurance and annuities through Crump’s Financial Institutions channel. The role is fully remote, requiring discovery, solution articulation, and thorough handling of underwriting through to case completion.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years selling life/long-term care/disability insurance, and active Life & Health licenses with FINRA registrations.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Must possess and maintain FINRA registrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Minimum 2 years direct life, long-term care and disability income insurance selling experience.
• 3+ years inside sales helping agents sell life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Discuss needs with clients and sell life insurance and annuities to clients and advisors.
• Complete insurance applications and manage underwriting process.
• Explain product types, differences and advantages to clients.
• Explain estate planning basics and insurance planning (including 1035 exchanges).
• Provide exceptional service and support to clients and internal teams.
