Job summary
American Income Life / Globe Life is seeking a Remote Insurance Solutions Associate to help individuals understand coverage options. You will work with prospective clients, identify their needs, and educate them on life, accident, and health products.
This 100% remote, independent contractor role offers training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and performance-based earning with weekly paychecks.
Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
- No prior insurance experience required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided
Responsibilities
- Work with warm leads supplied by the company
- Schedule virtual client meetings
- Conduct client-focused needs reviews
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage
- Provide clear answers to client questions
- Recommend appropriate products and services based on individual needs
- Follow up consistently and maintain professional relationships
- Participate in training and performance coaching
