Delaney Agency is seeking an Insurance Customer Care Consultant to guide individuals and families through insurance options in a fully remote, client-facing role. You will conduct virtual consultations and assist with the application process while adhering to structured, compliant procedures.

The role is commission-based and requires an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain one. You will work with inbound requests, schedule follow-ups, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance license is required or willing to obtain one.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection
• Comfortable communicating by phone and video

Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound client requests who have asked for insurance information.
• Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom.
• Ask clear questions to understand client needs.
• Present appropriate insurance options based on those needs.
• Assist clients through the application process.
• Follow company systems for scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
• Participate in required training and team meetings
